As impressive as his CV, it’s his commitment to the company that makes his involvement so critical and valuable. Steeped in the best traditions of professional sport, having made his debut for Leeds United at just 16 years of age, James brings a unique insight to the challenges facing an athlete looking to maximise their achievements and earning power.
Committing his institutional knowledge and affording access to contacts from across the spectrum of the industry, James’s hands-on leadership and managerial approach gives the company a drive and impetus that you will benefit from immediately. His personal commitment to this project extends from his passion for the sport of the golf, his desire to create a pathway for burgeoning sports stars and a belief that professional sports representation can be done in a moral manner, treating the athlete as a person, not a commodity.
Be it first-hand advice on the challenges faced by a professional sports star, or negotiating contracts and endorsements, James offers direct and personal access to experience from over 15 years playing at the highest level, of the world’s elite playing environment.
Dan was an elite junior golfer from Manchester, England. After graduating from Myerscough College which is a renowned sports college in Lancashire, he then attended the University of Central Arkansas where he set a school record of 5 individual wins as well as being named to the all conference team.
Having graduated university he then attended the University of Birmingham’s PGA programme and qualified with his PGA degree in 2006. After building up his reputation for being one of the leading coaches in the UK, coaching European Tour professionals and elite amateurs, Dan then joined White Rose Sports Management as an agent in 2015.
He is the players first port of call if they need anything on a day to day basis as well as communicating with sponsors. As head of performance Dan spends a lot of time with our clients making sure everything is running smoothly, on and off course.
Alex has a background of working in both sporting and commercial roles since leaving full time education and is known for his engaging style and commitment in delivering results in a fast paced, competitive climate.
His role within the organisation is to attract new business and service sponsors to ensure a stream of income for the athletes he represents.
He is tasked to build relationships with like minded brands and businesses to ensure the values of White Rose are being matched with those of partners.
His passion is to manage the operational day to day tasks of successfully offering ethical and honest player management whilst working to strategic costs and maintaining key framework.
Alex also works closely with the professional clients he represents to ensure he is providing hands on support/guidance at times of competition.
